N4L names partners to support Managed Network upgrade

N4L-logoNetwork for Learning (N4L) has named an initial list of eight IT support companies to assist it with the upgrade of its Managed Network.

Designed to meet the schools’ changing needs around internet capacity and security, N4L began a programme of work to upgrade the government-funded Managed Network earlier this month, which is expected to be complete by October 2019.

The eight support companies are:

  • AIS Corporation
  • Cyclone Computers
  • Isometric Solutions
  • New Era IT
  • Norrcom
  • Smart Computer Systems
  • Schooled Up IT Limited
  • Telco Technology Services (TTS)

“We are excited to be partnering with highly-skilled technology companies which have a proven track-record of working successfully with schools, and we look forward to announcing more partners in due course,” said N4L CEO Larrie Moore.

N4L expects to upgrade around 260 schools every month, with a schools’ size, complexity, and location informing the rollout schedule.
