The Education Awards 2016 are a celebration of excellent educational resources released by New Zealand companies in the past year that support quality teaching and student learning both here and overseas.

“We’re very proud of the work New Zealand resource developers are doing in education,” said Paula Browning, CEO of CLNZ. “The Education Awards have a strong tradition of recognising those that are doing something new and responsive to meet the needs of students and teachers. The Teachers’ Choice awards use the hands-on experience of classroom teachers to recognise the new resources that teachers themselves find most helpful in their teaching practice.”

The Education Awards ceremony will take place on 23 November, 2016, where both judges and Teachers Choice winners will be announced. Teachers Choice categories include Best Resource in Primary Education, Secondary Education and Te Reo Maori.
