Stand sizes – Single 3m x 1.8, Double 6m x 1.8m
Power – supplied
Lighting – 1 spotlight supplied per single stand and 2 spotlights for double stands – Remember it does get quite hot, however, if you need more spotlights this can be arranged (which will incur a fee of $25 +gst/spotlight).
Furniture – some of the venues have trestle tables (approx. 1200 x 500) with a tablecloth, which may be available to us, otherwise any other furniture will need to be supplied by yourselves, or hired from Peek Exhibition Hire

SET UP AND ACCESS
SETUP – the day before event – Exhibitors may access from 2-2-30pm onwards!
We have access to all venues from midday the day before through till about 7.30pm, however, Peek will need to set up the stand panels first and the truck can then unload onto your stand.
ACCESS – on the day of the event – The event starts at 8am, so access generally 7-7.30am
FINISH time each day – 5pm then packdown – ready for truck to load up and travel to next event.
Auckland – Aotea Centre – Parking
There are two Auckland transport carparks nearby
- Civic carpark has direct access into the LOWER NZI room at the Aotea centre situated on Level 1
- Victoria St carpark corner of High and Victoria Streets is a short walk from the conference venue.
Please pay your parking fee on exit.
